Thank G'd the missing cab driver Eliyahu Gur'el has been found, safe and sound. What remains are a lot of question marks. The way in which he was supposedly kidnapped, how he was able to tell his family that he was well, the apparently very correct way in which he was treated, how the IDF insists that the whole operation that resulted in Mr Gur'el regaining his freedom was an Israeli operation, without any Palestinian help, all this sounds a bit strange if we remind ourselves of previous kidnappings that did not end so well. Personally I would not be surprised if in the coming days, weeks or months interesting, maybe even astonishing details of this whole affair are disclosed. Still, the main thing is that Mr Gur'el's loved ones have him back.
