Andy Statman & Zev Feldman - Ternovka Sher
More than 25 years ago, when I was still a teenager, I fell in love with klezmer music. Feld- and Statman's album was one of the first klezmer albums that I listened to. I still listen to Andy Statman, and have three of his more recent CDs in my collection. Until two days ago I was not familiar with Zev Feldman's work, but when I decided to post this song I googled his name and found out that he is a leading researcher in Ottoman Turkish and Jewish music.
